Why Mission Control

A note from the founders

Hi. We’re Anton and Dima.

We’ve spent years helping build a successful agency at Clay Global, working with ambitious startups and some of the biggest companies in the world. We’re proud of that. And we want to spend more of our time doing the thing that got us here: making things.

Being in the room with founders. Working through an idea together. Designing, building, trying something, changing our minds. Staying close enough to the work to make it better every day.

That’s why we started Mission Control. We’ve brought together a distributed team of exceptional designers from around the world. We shape the creative direction and stay closely involved as they bring it to life.

We want to make the best work of our lives, with people who feel the same way. We find that mentality in startups, and in teams inside bigger companies that still operate like one. People with something to prove, room to experiment, and the willingness to make decisions together.

AI has opened up possibilities we couldn’t have imagined a few years ago. We’re embracing it across how we think, design, and build. We’re rethinking how much a small, experienced team can do, and we want partners who are just as curious and willing to jump in.

We also believe taste matters more than ever. When anyone can create, a distinctive brand and a thoughtfully designed product become even more valuable. Experience helps you see which ideas deserve attention, what needs another pass, and when something is ready. We bring that judgment into everything we make with these new tools.

We’re based in San Francisco. To us, there’s no better place to be building around AI and startups. We want to create here and help open up this community and its possibilities to people everywhere.

If this sounds like how you want to work, we’d love to meet you.
